For the dough:

  • A handful of Yarrow (Achillea)
  • 250g of ricotta cheese
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Method:

Wash the Yarrow leaves and dry them with some paper. Chop it finely and mix it in a bowl with some ricotta. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and a good extra virgin olive oil, mixing all well.

Uses: We suggest to serve it on toasted bread.
