Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • Milk
  • 1 Wild carrot flower (Daucus carota)
  • Few drops of soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

Pick only the top of the Carrots flower. Breack the eggs in a bowl, mix the eggs with a fork for few minutes, add a little of soy sauce, milk, salt and pepper. Put the mix eggs in a hot pan with oil, let it cook for few second and then add the flowers. Cover the pan until the omelette will be cooked. Work until you get a homogeneous mixture. Work and kneed the dough from which obtain long stubs then cut in two three centimeters and let them rest for twenty minutes.
