Homemade pie stuffed with Apple and Nettle

For the dough:

  • 800g of potatoes
  • 60g of butter
  • 20g of sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 50g of milk


Work the ingredients with fast movements of the fingers until the dough has the consistency of sand, then work quickly until a compact mass is obtained. Butter and flour the molds, divide the dough and cover the molds with dough.

For the filling:

  • 50g of almonds
  • 200g of nettle florets
  • 3 eggs
  • 300ml of cream
  • A pinch of vanilla
  • 1 apple in cubes
  • Honey q.s.


Spread the almonds on the bottom of the dough in the mold; Cook the nettles in a covered pot with very little water for about 6 minutes, let it cool and chop. Add the apple cubes and the other ingredients and mix, put the mould. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 40 minutes.
